Z brush, you are my only friend.

Here is a Z-Brush "W.I.P" I did over the weekend. It is based off a head render Adam Ford did some time back. I feel like I am finally starting to get the look I want from Z-Brush. I am trying to avoid the lumpy bumpy monster-alien look, wich is a lot harder than it looks.

You've got a good mix of tight beveled edges and soft structure. This is 3D stylization done right!

Yes! I congratulate you by your blog as well... and on your blog!

Wait! I thought I was your only friend...

Have I ever mentioned that I hate Z brush? Maybe if they ever fixed their interface so it bahaves like a normal program, then I could call it a friend too. Did you do that bumpy monster alien? 'Cause it's sweeeeeet!

Your blog title alone sold me on this blog, but it doesn't hurt that you're awesome. I love the paintings.

Peace,

Thanks for the comments, and no disrespect to the lumpy bumpy alien reference. I just wanted to stay away from this looking that way. A lot of times Z-brush gives you that sort of result.
